What Is The Turnaround Time For Custom Civil War Or Medieval Wear Order?
Our Standard turnaround time is two weeks for 100 to 500 pieces, excluding shipping time. We may need three weeks for some articles, like Luftwaffe Caps, Kriegsmarine Caps.
What Is The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Per Article?
The minimum Order Quantity is 20 per article or set.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Our preferred payment method is a wire transfer to our bank account. However, we accept payments through Western Union, MoneyGram, and other hassle-free payment services.
Do I Need To Make Designs First To Place Order For A Team Or Specific Orders?
Not Essential because our Art team is always on standby to make any custom theater and screen, and historical reenactment groups.
